My current body of work explores the darker, stranger, and often humorous corners of human experience through four distinct but connected projects. Witch Haus transforms found objects into curious, eerie sculptures with a sense of history and mystery, while Regrettably Yours uses dark humor and irreverence to turn the traditional greeting card on its head. Studies in Gloom presents miniature framed prints of my paintings, intimate glimpses into a world of shadow, melancholy, and beauty. My Bone Throwing Kits extend this fascination with the mysterious into the realm of divination, creating tactile tools for exploring intuition and the unknown. Together, these works share a fascination with darkness—not simply as something sinister, but as a place of humor, beauty, mystery, memory, and possibility.
